This 1996 Fountaine Pajot Venezia 42 is presented for sale in great condition. Her current owners have lived aboard her for the past 7 years. She has been well maintained and constantly upgraded, including new rigging and instruments in 2016, and new battery bank in 2019.


This Venezia 42 is well equipped for bluewater cruising with solar and wind power, as well as a generator and watermaker. She has been converted to 3 cabins with her forward port side cabin having been converted into a well assigned workshop/storage space.


This boat is currently available for viewing in Mexico, before making the trip back to the US in the coming months.

Accommodation

This Fountaine Pajot Venezia 42 provides accommodation for 6 guests within 3 cabins. The 4th cabin, located forward in the port side hull, has been converted into a workshop and storage area.


Owner's walkthrough:


Enter the galley while passing under a motion detector from the boat alarm system and enter the galley to see large wooden table with wrap around seating for 6. The bench has been modified to be movable so it can be arranged for more space. The port end of the settee acts as the nav station where you will find the VHF and SSB Radios (2016) as well as portable handheld Wireless Smart Controller for steering as well as depth and direction monitoring. The spacious galley is on the same level as the cockpit allowing the cook to keep an eye on dinner while enjoying cocktail hour. The Oven/Stove has been overhauled and looks new again with all new burners, pipes and stove top. Down the steps to port in the aft end is the master stateroom queen berth with mounted flat screen TV. Just forward of the port hull steps is the head with shower. The forward end of the starboard hull houses a pantry/workshop with with a mounted vice that is quickly and easily removed for more workspace. Inside this room you will find ample space for food storage, tools, and parts. Below the bench is an bar size stand up freezer. A crew berth/storage locker is forward in both hulls with access through the guest rooms or foredeck hatch. The VIP berth is aft in the starboard hull. The second head is also mid hull with a shower. Both heads have new (2016) electric macerating toilets with upgraded black water systems and tanks (new plumbing 2019). Forward of the head on the starboard side is the third stateroom with a double berth. Forward of this stateroom is the second crew/storage locker.
